EOP Extended outpatient treatment can be ordered based on your probation assessment. This is in addition to the Track A,B,C, D and education requirements. There is not typically a number of weeks set. This agency will work with you, communicate with your supervision, and make the best decisions for you. EOP can be satisfied in another group, private sessions, or EOP therapy hours you can attend. Sessions like relapse prevention, anger management, and parenting are some examples of focus groups that may qualify for the EOP hours. If you are in additional therapy outside of our office we will consider your treatment for EOP.
IOP Integrity offers individualized IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program). This consists of a minimum of 9 hours a week. Our office feels that a minimum of 9 hours weekly, with a combination of individual and group sessions individualized for your needs, is most beneficial. We can get as creative with your treatment as we need to. I can work with other modalities and therapists to best address your obstacles and needs.
Coming up with an individualized plan can be very exciting and creative. Maybe you agree to a year long process, or a 6 month process, or 3 months, but we will come up with a plan that makes sense for your situation. It’s up to us to make the plan that works for you.
Anger Management Anger management is generally designed to be a 16 week program. Anger can lead to problems with friends, family, & at work. If unchecked, it can cause you to lose marriages, friends & other relationships, even your job. We help you learn how to control your anger so it doesn’t control you. Online anger management classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Classes can be in groups, private in person or on zoom.
The Substance Use Evaluation This evaluation consists of two parts: an intensive 2 hour personal interview, filling out assessments and signing appropriate paperwork. Cost starts at $500, but can increase based on complicated cases.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. Numerous research studies suggest that CBT leads to significant improvement in functioning and quality of life. CBT treatment usually involves efforts to change thinking patterns.
Relapse prevention therapy seeks to identify high-risk situations in which an individual is vulnerable to relapse & to use both cognitive & behavioral coping strategies to prevent future relapses in similar situations. The goal of treatment is to help people recognize the early stages of relapse, how to cope with triggers, and how to develop healthy coping skills to manage day to day life without the use of drugs & alcohol.
