Am I hurting or helping? Come to this class to get a clear path to what you can and can not do to help the addict in your life. This class will focus on how you can get your life back regardless of what the addiction is doing to your loved one. Provide you with resources and ongoing support to stay clear. There are three rules to enable. Don’t work harder at their problems then they are. Don’t try to fix a chronic problem. You can’t and you cannot rescue out of obligation. If you do any of these things, you are disabling the person you love. We can help you empower yourself and set a new contract to protect yourself and your family members.
